It's almost time for me to sell the Corolla and move on to another project. It should be ready for sale in January 2003, once I get a couple of things finished and have it running spot-on for the new owner. Details are as follows:

    Performance
  • POWER: 185hp @ wheels (on 8psi) - Should make over 200hp on ~12psi.
  • 1/4 MILE: 14.33@99mph, 14.41@100mph - both run on street tyres (the 100mph trap speed indicates it should run mid 13's on slicks).

    As you can see, almost every aspect of the car has been modified and improved. In total, well over $20,000 has been spent, not to mention the hundreds of hours of work that have been put in by myself and also Paul from Crossley Street & Race Engineering. The car is capable of mid 13's on slick tyres with the current setup and will go quicker again with a better intercooler and more boost.
    Asking price is $13,500 as-is, but will be negotiable depending on whether the buyer wishes to keep some optional items such as the stereo, etc.
